We've been growing our first batch, some pink oyster mushrooms, for about 11 days now, and they are not far from being ready to harvest. Everything has worked exactly as indicated, the instructions are clear and simple. Delivery was prompt. It's perhaps too soon to be giving a complete review as we haven't tasted them yet, but that aside, we are delighted.

I know mushrooms are grown to be eaten but we enjoyed the growing far more than the eating. These guys have a no fail process. If you follow the instructions which are super easy you will succeed. We grew the pink oysters and I swear you can see them growing in front of your eyes. Thanks for the wonderful experience and the support is there if you need it. So much fun.
