Orders are generally shipped the next working day using NZ Post. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you as soon as we can.
Pre-orders will be sent on the specified date.
Non-rural addresses: 1 to 2 working days
Rural addresses: 2-3 working days
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mushroomsbythesea.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
