You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your grow kit.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Items must be returned to our warehouse.
A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Used or partially used grow kits
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
We provide a full growth guarantee on all mushroom grow kits.
If your kit does not produce mushrooms, we will send you a replacement kit free of charge.
To claim your replacement:
Email our support team with photos of your kit and a brief description of the issue.
Replacement kits are shipped at no additional cost.
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damage and email them to our support team immediately.
We will organize a replacement kit and, where possible, assist in salvaging the original kit.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
