Our Limited Edition Oyster Patch thrives outdoors in shaded, sheltered spots - perfect for mild, moist conditions in late spring and early autumn. Once established, it will reward you with stunning clusters of fresh Oyster mushrooms that add a gourmet touch to any meal.

All you need is a small pack of straw from your local hardware store and some fresh woodchips from a landscape supply yard. Simply mix, water, and let nature do the rest - your Oyster Patch will take it from there.

Each 3kg bag contains enough mushroom mycelium to create a 2x2m patch. Full and detailed instructions are included with the kit.
