First oyster mushrooms, same great experience

After a couple of very successful shiitake blocks we thought we'd give an oyster block a go and we're loving it. MbtS after-sale service continues to be top-tier, and the products meanwhile continue to speak for themselves - after two huge crops of Raglan oysters we're now waiting on our third flush, and looking forward to trying the other oyster varieties too.

Watching the grow

It was exciting to watch them grow, it seemed to take ages to start, but when they did they took off. We have now eaten our first crop only 10 days later. Delicious!! Hoping for another crop now.
