I did not take them out of the box ,to put into the fridge no mushrooms ,will get another one next Tuesday ,as pay day ,thank you .

Thanks for letting me know. There is no need to take them out of the box if you are wanting to delay the process in the fridge. Please email me a photo of what is going on now and if we are unable to bring it back to life, we will send through a replacement.

Enoki and Phoenix Mushroom Kits

The kits received have been fantastic. The first harvest from the Enoki, slower growing, produced over 1kg! Amazing. I didn't expect such a large crop. The Phoenix kit also produced over 1kg of beautiful fat and tasty mushrooms. I thoroughly recommend Mushroom By the Sea kits. They were excellent value and the instructions received were easy to follow. My Phoenix kit is producing its second harvest. Thanks MBTS.
